HPRCA JOA Accounts Post Code: 996 Result Declared

The Himachal Pradesh State Selection Commission has today declared the recruitment result for 23 posts of Junior Office Assistant (Accounts) (on a contract basis) Post Code: 996. Its written objective-type screening test was conducted on 20.11.2022. This recruitment has been done as per the award list and ratio (1:3/1:4) approved by the Hon’ble Himachal Recruitment Commission. A requisition was received from the Managing Director, Himachal Pradesh Road Transport Corporation, Shimla, to fill these posts and advertised under Advertisement No. 38-2/2022 dated May 24, 2022.

In response to this advertisement, 16067 applications were received, out of which 3334 applications were provisionally accepted. 1468 candidates appeared in the written objective-type screening test, and 1866 candidates were absent. Out of total 1468 candidates, the following 78 candidates have been provisionally selected for further selection process of document verification, which are given in the below list.

Document verification regarding eligibility, etc. of the shortlisted candidates will be conducted on 21st & 22nd November, 2024, at 10.00 AM in the premises of the HP Rajya Chayan Aayog, Hamirpur. The candidates are directed to bring all the original eligibility-related documents, two sets of self-attested copies of all documents, one ID proof, and a copy of the downloaded application form.

In case candidate does not appear on the day fixed for documentation, he/she will not be
considered for further selection process and no further opportunity will be given
thereafter. The result is also available on the official website of the HPRCA, Hamirpur : https://www.hprca.hp.gov.in
While every care has been taken in preparing the result, the possibility of an inadvertent or technical error cannot be ruled out. The Aayog reserves the right to rectify the same later on.
