Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you have posted on HPRCA.in was removed or access was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To file a counter-notification, you must send a written communication to our Copyright Agent that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, along with the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a lawsuit within a certain time frame, we may restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringers

We may, in our discretion, terminate or suspend the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
