Education Quailfication for the Post of HPAS Recruitment :- 12th pass ,Graduation
i.) A candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent of a recognized University. ii.) (a) A candidate, who has appeared at such a qualifying examination the passing of which would render him/her eligible to appear at this examination but has not been informed of result, may apply for admission to this examination. (b) A candidate, who intends to appear at such a qualifying examination, may also apply, provided the qualifying examination is completed before the commencement of this examination. Such candidates will be admitted to the examination, if otherwise eligible, but the admission would be deemed to be provisional and subject to cancellation, if they do not produce proof of having passed the examination as soon as passed and in any case not later than two months after the commencement of this examination. iii) Candidates who have passed the final professional M.B.B.S. or any other Medical Examination equivalent thereto, but have not completed their internship by the time of submission of their applications for the HPAS examination will be provisionally admitted to the examination provided they submit along with their applications a copy of certificate from the University/ Institutions that they had passed the requisite final professional medical examination. In such cases, the candidates will be required to produce at the time of their Personality Test original degree or a certificate from the concerned competent authority of the University / Institution that they had completed all requirements (including completion of internship) for the award of degree. NOTE : I : Onus of proving that a candidate has acquired requisite degree/ essential qualification by the stipulated date, shall be on the candidate and in the absence of proof to the contrary, the date as mentioned on the face of certificate/ degree or the date of issue of certificate/degree shall be taken as date of acquiring essential educational qualification. No extra opportunity shall be provided to the candidates to produce appropriate certificates at the time of personality test(s). II : In respect of equivalent clause in Essential Qualifications, if a candidate is claiming a particular qualification as equivalent qualification as per the requirement of advertisement, then the candidate is required to produce order/ letter in this regard, indicating the Authority (with number and date) under which it has been so treated otherwise the candidature/Online Application is liable to be rejected. Desirable Qualification : Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Himachal Pradesh.
Age Limit :
A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 35 years on or before 01- 01- 2024.
Provided that the upper age limit is relaxable by five years for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes/ Other Backward Classes / Persons with disabilities and Children/Grand Children of Freedom Fighters of Himachal Pradesh as declared by the Govt. from time to time.

इच्छुक/योग्य उम्मीदवारों को आयोग की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना होगा। http://www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/hppsc. किसी अन्य माध्यम से प्राप्त आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किये जायेंगे
इच्छुक और योग्य उम्मीदवार आयोग की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जा सकते हैं (http://www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/hppsc) और होम पेज पर “ऑनलाइन आवेदन करें” लिंक पर क्लिक करें। खुलने पर पेज पर उम्मीदवार “परीक्षाओं के लिए वन टाइम रजिस्ट्रेशन (ओटीआर)” लिंक पर क्लिक करेंगे और खुलने पर क्लिक करेंगे यदि पहले से पंजीकृत नहीं है तो पेज “नया पंजीकरण” पर क्लिक करके पंजीकृत हो जाएगा और उसकी प्रोफ़ाइल बना देगा। बाद पंजीकरण या यदि पहले से पंजीकृत है तो उम्मीदवार को एक बार ओटीआर पेज में अपने खाते में लॉग इन करना होगा लॉग इन करने पर, लाइव विज्ञापनों की सूची उम्मीदवार को डैशबोर्ड पर प्रदर्शित की जाएगी। उम्मीदवार होगा किसी विशेष पद के लिए आवेदन केवल इसी पोर्टल के माध्यम से करें। इसके बाद ही अभ्यर्थी का आवेदन जमा होगा विज्ञापन के अनुसार आवश्यक दस्तावेज अपलोड करना। आवेदन जमा करने से पहले, उम्मीदवार को यह करना होगा एक वचन/घोषणा देनी होगी कि:- “यह प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि मैंने अपलोड किए गए सभी अपेक्षित दस्तावेज़ों के पूर्वावलोकन की जाँच कर ली है और मैं इससे संतुष्ट हूँ दस्तावेज़ सुपाठ्य, पठनीय और सत्य हैं। मैं इसके आधार पर अपनी उम्मीदवारी की अस्वीकृति पर आपत्ति नहीं करूंगा अपलोड किए गए दस्तावेज़ों का एकमात्र कारण पठनीय न होना/स्कैनिंग की खराब गुणवत्ता होना है।”
जमा करने के बाद उम्मीदवारों को कोई भी दस्तावेज जमा करने का कोई और अवसर नहीं दिया जाएगा ऑनलाइन भर्ती आवेदन की.
ऑनलाइन मोड में सबमिट किया गया आवेदन तभी सफलतापूर्वक सबमिट किया गया माना जाएगा शुल्क का भुगतान स्वीकार कर लिया गया है और शुल्क आयोग के खाते में जमा कर दिया गया है।
एक बार जमा किए गए ऑनलाइन भर्ती आवेदन (ओआरए) में बदलाव के अलावा किसी भी बदलाव की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी एच.पी. के नियम 5(iv) में निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के अनुसार श्रेणी। पीएससी (व्यवसाय की प्रक्रिया और लेनदेन) नियम, 2023.
उम्मीदवार को एचपीएएस प्रतियोगी (मुख्य) परीक्षा-2024 के लिए वैकल्पिक विषय में से एक को चुनना होगा परीक्षा की योजना में सूचीबद्ध विषयों की. वैकल्पिक विषय में किसी परिवर्तन की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी ऑनलाइन भर्ती आवेदन (ओआरए) जमा करने के बाद। NoteI– यदि बड़ी संख्या में उम्मीदवार एचपीएएस प्रतियोगी (प्रारंभिक) परीक्षा-2024 के लिए आवेदन करेंगे, परीक्षा हिमाचल प्रदेश में उपमंडल स्तर पर भी आयोजित की जा सकती है। हालाँकि, आवंटन अभ्यर्थियों को परीक्षा केन्द्रों की उपलब्धता एवं जिला मुख्यालय स्तर पर परीक्षा केन्द्रों की स्थापना या उप प्रभाग स्तर आयोग के विवेक पर होगा। II – किसी विशिष्ट जिले में परीक्षा केंद्र चुनने वाले अभ्यर्थियों की संख्या के मामले में। मुख्यालय या उप डिवीजन 100 से कम है, तो उक्त केंद्र को आयोग द्वारा अपने विवेक और उम्मीदवारों पर बंद कर दिया जाएगा ऐसे परीक्षा केंद्र का चयन करने वाले को उसकी दूसरी पसंद के अनुसार परीक्षा केंद्र आवंटित किया जाएगा।
